Description: The Reptile Theory is commonly used by Plaintiff lawyers in all forms of litigation. Whether during a deposition or at trial, when effectively used the Reptile Theory will frustrate the Defendant, Defense witnesses, and Defense counsel. Moreover, during litigation Reptile Tactics are usually subtly introduced making them difficult to identify until it is too late. During this session we will discuss the Reptile Theory, how to identify it early, how to proactively defend against it, and (in certain instances) how to use the Reptile Theory to the Defendant’s advantage.
