Biographical Info
Mr. Pickens has represented the interests of insurance companies and their insured on a vast array of legal issues. His past clients include Auto-Owners, State Farm, Allied, Fremont, Farm Bureau, Zurich, CNA, Citizens, Frankenmuth Mutual, Prudential, Pro Assurance and Priority Health. Mr. Pickens also serves as a panelist for Case Evaluations.
In 2013, Mr. Pickens was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine in the area of insurance coverage. He has also published numerous articles and presented seminars on various areas of civil defense litigation, including premise liability, no-fault, indemnification, and civil procedure.
