Biographical Info

David is an attorney with the litigation boutique, Kienbaum Hardy Viviano Pelton & Forrest. As an appellate specialist with clerkships in both the United States Courts of Appeals and the Michigan Supreme Court, David has extensive experience in handling appeals in all areas of the law. In addition to litigating appeals in his firm’s core practices of employment law and commercial litigation, he successfully handles appeals on issues as varied as state and federal constitutional law, civil and criminal procedure, administrative law, municipal law, criminal law, contract law, and outdoor advertising. He frequently appears as counsel for amicus curiae in a wide variety of cases before the Michigan Supreme Court, including for the MDTC.
