Patrick F. Geary
Law Practice Management
Patrick F. Geary is a shareholder and CEO of Smith Haughey Rice & Roegge. He also chairs the Product Liability Department. A native of Michigan, Pat received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame and his Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan. He is licensed to practice law in both Michigan and Illinois, and focuses his practice in the areas of product liability, business and corporate litigation, and corporate counseling. Pat is a member of the American, Michigan, Illinois and Grand Rapids Bar Associations and a fellow of the American and Michigan State Bar Foundations. His numerous leadership positions in the Michigan Defense Trial Counsel include a term as its president in 2000-2001. He is also a member of the Trial Attorneys of America. Pat is married to Patricia, and they have four children -- Sean, Colleen, Brendan and Ailis. He is based in the Grand Rapids office.
