Linda M. Foster-Wells
Linda M. Foster-Wells is a principal at the Keller Thoma Law Firm where her practice focuses on labor arbitration and defense litigation in the areas of civil rights, labor and employment law. In addition, she serves as an arbitrator in the panels of the National Arbitration Forum and the NASD for the securities industry. Mrs. Foster-Wells also serves as a Case Evaluator for Wayne County and is listed as a Mediator with Wayne, Oakland and Macomb County Circuit Courts for referral to private parties involved in civil litigation. She earned her law degree from the University of Michigan Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wayne State University and a Masters of Science in Industrial Psychology from St. Frances College.
