Lori A. Ittner
Lori A. Ittner has practiced insurance defense in Michigan for over 20 years. She attended Saginaw Valley State University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in 1984. She earned Juris Doctorate degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, graduating in January 1988, and was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan on May 19, 1988. Ms. Ittner was active duty in the United States Air Force as an Assistant Staff Judge Advocate, separating in 1993 after earning an Air Force Commendation Medal, Second Oak Leaf Cluster and an Air Force Achievement Medal for Environmental Programs.
Ms. Ittner has focused her practice in the area of insurance defense work, including automobile negligence, Michigan first-party benefits, balance billing issues and ERISA litigation and coverage litigation. She has presented numerous seminars on various topics including, no-fault, balance billing, ERISA, tort reform, Michigan first-party litigation from the defense perspective, negotiation strategies, catastrophic loss and vocational rehabilitation management.
