Joshua K. Richardson

Joshua K. Richardson is an associate in the Lansing office of Foster, Swift, Collins & Smith, P.C.  His primary practice areas include commercial litigation, employment litigation, premises liability, real property litigation, and information technology law.
 
He is admitted to practice law in Michigan, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, and the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.  He earned his B.A. from Michigan State University in 2004 and his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law - Bloomington in 2007.  
 
Josh is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the American Bar Association, the Ingham County Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, and the Defense Research Institute.  He also sits on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Lansing.
