How to Unsubscribe From Discussion Lists
Click the "To Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of a message from the discussion list you wish to unsubscribe from:
This link will take you to the subscription management page for that discussion list. From here you can change your password, delivery options, or unsubscribe. Scroll to the bottom of the page and put your email address in the field next to the "Unsubscribe or Edit Options" button. This will take you to a page where you are given the option to edit your delivery options or unsubscribe.
After clicking the "Unsubscribe" button, the discussion list server will now send you an email with a confirmation link. Follow this link and click the "Unsubscribe" button on the page it takes you to. This will immediately remove you from the discussion list.
