David A. Couch
David graduated with a B.A. from the University of Michigan in 1993. He then proceeded to get his J.D. at the University of Detroit Mercy graduating in 1997.
His bar admissions include: Michigan, 1997; United States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan, 1997; United States District Court, Western District of Michigan, 1997.
Mr Couch is a member of: State Bar of Michigan, Grand Rapids Bar Association, Michigan Defense Trial Counsel, American Inns of Court - Executive Committee, Federal Bar Association - West Michigan Chapter.
He specializes in: No-Fault and Automobile Negligence, Insurance Coverage Issues, Fire and Property Damage, Subrogation, Mold/Sick Building Syndrome, Municipal Liability, Probate and Wills, Landlord-Tenant Disputes, Premises Liability, and Biodiesel Litigation.
