David Carbajal
David Carbajal practices in the areas of automobile negligence, insurance defense, insurance coverage arbitration, personal injury and property damage litigation, products liability, insurance law, premises liability, liquor liability, zoning enforcement, agricultural and dairy litigation, asbestos and toxic torts, construction site liability, road construction and liability, consumer protection and lemon law and worker's compensation. He also serves as an arbitrator and is a trained and approved facilitator.
David earned his law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and holds a Bachelor of Science from Saginaw Valley State University. He is a member of the Saginaw County Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan and Michigan Home Builders Association. David also speaks fluent Spanish.
