Catherine D. Jasinski
Catherine D. Jasinski is a member of the firm of Running, Wise & Ford, PLC in Traverse City.
She joined Running Wise & Ford in 2000. Before joining Running, Wise & Ford, PLC, she was with Cummings, McClorey, Davis & Acho, PLC, a municipal defense firm in its Traverse City office.
Ms. Jasinski received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University in Public Administration in 1980 and her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1984. She has been a member of the Michigan State Bar since 1985.
Ms. Jasinski is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. Ms. Jasinski is a litigation attorney with experience civil and appellant litigation, in both state and federal courts. She has focused her practice in municipal defense, insurance defense, including automobile negligence and property claims, employment and civil rights litigation and general civil litigation.
She was appointed to the Bingham Township Planning Commission in February 1998 and has served since then.
