Raymond W. Morganti - Secretary
Raymond W. Morganti is a senior shareholder in Siemion Huckabay. In addition to his trial court practice, Mr. Morganti has particular expertise in appellate practice in the state courts of Michigan, as well as federal court. Mr. Morganti is a member of the Michigan bar, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Michigan, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He is a past member of the Board of Directors of Michigan Defense Trial Counsel. Mr. Morganti is listed in The Best Lawyers in America under Appellate Law. Mr. Morganti received his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Michigan State University in 1973. He received his J.D. degree from the University of Detroit School of Law in 1976. In law school, he was designated as a Clarence M. Burton Scholar, and served as Executive Editor of the University of Detroit Journal of Urban Law from 1975 to 1976. After graduation from law school, he became a law clerk to Honorable Richard Austin of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. In 1977, he joined the law firm of Plunkett, Cooney, Rutt, Watters, Stanczyk & Pedersen, P.C. He resigned from Plunkett, Cooney in 1982, and joined Siemion Huckabay as a shareholder. Mr. Morganti has lectured on the subject of trial court practice, and has authored a number of articles regarding tort liability.

Phillip C. Korovesis - President
Philip C. Korovesis is a shareholder practicing in Butzel Long's Detroit office. He is a graduate of Wayne State University (B.S., with distinction, 1984; J.D., cum laude, 1987).
Mr. Korovesis practices in the commercial litigation area with trial, litigation and consultation expertise in the following areas: non-compete/trade secret, personal injury and product liability defense, life insurance, business disputes and securities industry-related claims. He is the Chair of his firm's Noncompete and Trade Secret Practice Group which focuses on non-compete and business tort litigation. He is an active member of the Defense Research Institute in the product liavility, business litigation and life insurance areas, serving as the state liaison for DRI's product liability and life insurance committees. Mr. Korovesis has successfully tried cases in state and federal courts, and has successfully arbitrated cases before the American Arbitration Association, the National Association of Securities Dealers, and the New York Stock Exchange. He has also successfully represented clients in both state and federal appellate courts. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Detroit Metropolitan Bar Association, the Oakland County Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association.

Timothy A. Diemer - Vice President
Timothy A. Diemer is a shareholder in Jacobs & Diemer, P.C. He was recently selected as a biographee in Best Lawyers of America, an honor bestowed upon him at the age of 32 making him one of the youngest Appellate Lawyers in America to be so recognized. Mr. Diemer is a frequent author and speaker on appellate practice and has been selected to lead the Civil Defense Bar in Michigan, slated to serve as President for the Michigan Defense Trial Counsel in 2012. In addition to his Best Lawyer designation, Mr. Diemer has been recognized as a Top Lawyer by dBusiness Magazine, Crain's Detroit Business and as a Michigan SuperLawyer for his work with the appellate team at Jacobs and Diemer.
Mr. Diemer received his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School and his Bachelor of Arts from James Madison College at Michigan State University. Business litigation and Insurance Coverage matters round out his practice.

Mark A. Gilchrist - Secretary
Mark Gilchrist is a shareholder in the Grand Rapids office of Smith Haughey Rice & Roegge.
His practice is focused on legal malpractice defense, criminal defense, and general insurance and commercial litigation.
Mark graduated with a B.A. from Michigan State University in 1993, an M.A. from George Washington University in 1996, and a J.D. from Wayne State University Law School in 2000 where he competed nationally as a member of the Moot Court Team.
Mark is a member of the Michigan Defense Trial Counsel, the Defense Research Institute and the State Bar of Michigan Negligence Law Section.
