Beth A. Wittmann - Appellate Practice

Beth Wittmann is an associate principal with Kitch Drutchas Wagner Valitutti & Sherbrook who focuses her practice on appellate law. She is licensed to practice law in Michigan and Ohio, as well as the U.S. District Court Eastern District of Michigan and the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Ms. Wittmann was named a Rising Star in 2008 and 2009 by Super Lawyers. Rising Stars are attorneys who are 40 years old or younger or those who have practiced for ten years or less. Only 2.5 percent of Michigan lawyers are named to this list every year. Beth received her J.D. from Wayne State University Law School and has been with the firm since 2002. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Kalamazoo College. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan Appellate Practice Section, the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan and the Michigan Defense Trial Counsel
