Barbara Eckert Buchanan

Barbara earned her Juris Doctor from the Santa Clara University School of Law and holds undergraduate degrees in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan.

Barbara is a principal at Keller Thoma with her practice concentrated in employment law (including claimed civil rights violations, wrongful discharge and unlawful retaliation), school law (including defense of tort liability actions and advising clients as to statutory obligations), and general litigation (including tort and commercial litigation). She is also licensed in the State of California.
